Aarbergen/Frankfurt – 14.11.2023. Aqseptence Group GmbH (“Aqseptence Group”), an international equipment and solutions provider focused on water treatment and liquid/solid separation, is pleased to confirm that, following the announcement in September, funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. („Oaktree") have completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in Aqseptence Group.
