The roots of Aqseptence Group can be tracked back to the takeover of the Passavant-Roediger Umwelttechnik GmbH


2004

Acquisition of the German company Noggerath (leading specialist for water screening equipment, stainless steel, municipal & industry focus)

Acquisition of the German company Intech (leading specialist for energy optimi-zation solutions, municipal focus)


2005

Acquisition of the German company Geiger (leading specialist for water intake equipment, power focus, screens)

Acquisition of the German company Roediger Vacuum (leading specialist for waste water collection, real estate & industrial focus)

Acquisition of the US company Airvac (leading specialist for waste water collection, real estate focus)

Rebranding to Passavant-Geiger GmbH


2011

Acquisition of the filter division of  the Italian company Diemme (leading specialist for filter chamber presses, industrial focus)


2013

Acquisition of the US company Johnson Screens (leading specialist for screens and water treatment equipment for industrial applications)

Johnson Screens South Africa and Lexington were sold simultaneously

Rebranding to Bilfinger Water Technologies GmbH


2016

Rebranding to Aqseptence Group GmbH
